We fish 5 rivers in Bristol Bay- the most competitive and sustainable fishery in the world. Each river is managed by its own team of ecologists. They determine when and how long we fish each day to ensure proper escapement up river.

Pre orders and pre order pricing will close July 22, 2026. Orders are for the 2026 season. Announcements will be made during summer fishing (around July) when the current harvest will be released (usually October). These orders will be available for pick up in Lafayette, LA. An email notification will be sent to those on our list outlining details!
